1. Hana Kate likes going to the mall, but we rarely go. She and I went last weekend, and she enjoyed testing out this giant bean bag. 2. Leaving for church by the time we’re normally there! We still made it before it started, but…eek! 3. A cuddly Justus. I was trying to keep him awake until we got to church so he’d sleep on me during the service, but he was so cuddly in the process! 4. pedicures! 5. Fun showing Grandpa and Grandma (and Uncle Andrew) all the cool stuff they can do with our Magna Tiles. 6. Grilling and chilling. 7. Reading with Grandma. 8. Hana Kate entertaining Justus.
1. Saw this at the library. Hmmm…looks suspiciously like using history as a manipulative parenting pawn. 2. Sister pile! 3. and sister hugs! 4. Hana Kate apparently feel secure sleep with her books and a Greek New Testament. 5. Yes. We ate 10 pounds of clementines in two days (though with guests here for part of that time). Did we really just buy 3 more bags of them today? Umm, yes. If Eden appears orange in the weeks to come, we’ll all know why. 6. Looking through some “real camera” pictures I took of Justus. 7. Watching Hunger Games online with Daniel–first “movie” we’ve stayed up to watch for a while. It was fairly well done, but it’s lacking a good bit without reading the books. And eating oreos and drinking a carbonated beverage was not a wise intestinal move. 8. Justus charming some neighbors at the pool. 🙂
1. Daniel’s food preferences. 😉 2. Waking up from a nap. 3. Saw this on a friend’s FB feed. This explains why I am so exhausted at the end of the day. 🙂 Grateful for my littler learners, though. 4. Checking out their books on the way home from the library.
