This blog is getting boring. Mr. Chicken will come to the rescue. Presenting his first biography. Sorry if you’ve read it before.
Today was a BIG day for chicken! It was his first day at a youth activity!
First, Chicken read some of his “2 minute Bedtime Stories” book. Even though Chicken is now a teenager, he knows he’s never too old for a good story!
Then, it was 2-minute naptime. Chicken got his teddy mouse and went to sleep very quickly, which was a good thing for 2-minute naptime! He had a wonderful dream about meeting a beautiful white hen.
Then it was lunch time! Chicken knew he needed all the energy he could get! The main course? BEEF casserole…
To calm his anxious spirit, Chicken enjoyed singing some of his favorite songs.
Then, Chicken listed to his favorite CD: “Chicken Soup for the Feathered Soul”
Then it was time to go to the activity! Chicken always makes sure to buckle up! It’s safety first-splattered chickens are no fun to clean up!
But Chicken didn’t like listening to the boring news, and decided to change the station. (Hey, check out the time on the clock 1-2-3!)
Chicken inspects the roads for any signs of fowl play.
Chicken knew he might be getting sick, so he took along his orange juice.
Eye protections is important, too! Burnt chicken retinas are pretty painful.
Chicken was so excited when he finally got to the youth activity! He even got to play the game! But he was admittedly a little disappointed when he learned he was to be the object of the game.
Chicken was very happy to make some new friends. He did think it was a little strange that none of them had feathers. But then…neither did he. (He began balding quite early in life.)
Many of Chicken’s new friends were very eager to help him get a refreshing drink.
Chicken was worn out when it was finally time to head home.
But he got in trouble for trying to sit in the front seat, and had to move to the back seat.
As soon as he got home, he brushed his beak and headed to bed! It was a happy, but tiring day in the life of Chicken.
