Well, this is definitely not a tip that’s original with me, since its been marketed by kitchen companies, but it’s definitely a help to me!
I like to use a kitchen scoop when making cookies. Not only are they proportioned more equally, but it also speeds up the time putting them on baking sheets. And when you’re married to a man who is a lover of all things cookie, that’s a very good thing.
Just about any hinge/release ice cream scoop will work, but I’m sure my friend Kim would be happy to sell you a scoop from her Pampered Chef site, too. 😉
